  • Due to COVID-19, the Archer County Courthouse and Annex are open by appointment only. Make sure to call ahead of time before visiting the office. 

  • Archer County provides an online marriage application option. 

  • Couples that have completed a state-approved marriage class receive a $60 discount and waive the 72-hour waiting requirement to have a valid license.
